Delhi MCD Election Results: The Aam Aadmi Party has secured a majority in the Delhi Municipal Corporation elections. It has won 134 out of 250 seats. BJP has got 104 seats.

At the same time, 9 seats have gone to the account of Congress and Independents candidates have got three seats. There was a close fight between BJP and AAP in the corporation elections.

Sometimes BJP had the upper hand and sometimes AAP. But finally, AAP got the absolute majority.

Outer Delhi voters put their faith in AAP, while BJP's magic worked in East Delhi. In East Delhi, AAP got 26 seats, BJP 42, and Congress 8.

In outer Delhi, AAP got 74 seats, and BJP got only 40 seats. In South Delhi, 34 and BJP got 21 seats. AAP lost badly in the Chauhan Banger seat.

AAP lost all seats in Satyendar Jain's area

A big thing about this election is that the Aam Aadmi Party has lost all the seats in the area of Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain, who is lodged in Tihar Jail.

AAP has been defeated in Rani Bagh, Paschim Vihar and Saraswati Vihar. BJP has won these seats.

It is worth mentioning that during the elections, BJP had surrounded AAP fiercely on the issue of Satyendar Jain. Many videos of Satyendra taking VIP treatment from inside the jail also went viral.

Close fight between AAP and BJP

At the same time exit polls have also collapsed. Everyone was told that AAP would win outright, but till the end nothing of the sort was visible. Right from the beginning, there was a close fight between the AAP and the BJP.

BJP MP from West Delhi Parvesh Verma said that the public will not forget the good works of MCD. Kejriwal's government has only cheated the public.
