Recently, a video of jailed Delhi minister Satyendar Jain surfaced, in which he is seen getting a massage from a man. Quoting the official sources of Tihar Jail, the news agency ANI has reported that the person who massaged Delhi Minister Satyendar Jain in the jail is Rinku.
He is in jail in a rape case. The said person has been charged under section 6 of the POCSO Act and sections 376, 506 and 509 of the IPC. He is not a physiotherapist.

Let us tell you that the BJP on Saturday questioned the silence of Aam Aadmi Party convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on the video in which Tihar Jail Minister Satyendar Jain was allegedly seen getting massage and welcoming visitors in the jail cell.
Citing the video that went viral on social media, the BJP said that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has become a spa and massage party. He challenged Kejriwal to explain Jain's conduct in jail.
Meanwhile, let us tell you that a Delhi court will hear on Tuesday i.e. November 22 the plea of jailed Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) minister Satyendar Jain seeking enforcement action for allegedly leaking CCTV footage of his jail cell to the media.
A request has been made to take contempt action against the Directorate (ED). The case was to be heard on Monday, but due to the judge being on leave, the hearing was postponed till Tuesday.
