Iran fired more than a dozen missiles at two US military bases in Iraq. The Pentagon said Iran targeted the airbase in Irbil and Al-Assad areas where the US military and its allied forces are stationed.

The statement came from the US that information is being collected about how much damage has been done in this attack. However, Iranian media quoted news agency saying that 80 people have died in Iran's latest missile attacks. The Iraqi army, on the other hand, has stated that no casualties were reported in the attack.
