Afghanistan's security crises have been intensified after the Taliban took over and President Ashraf Ghani fled. Several Afghans are racing to the airports in a desperate attempt to flee. However, in the recent weeks, only a few refugees have arrived from Afghanistan with prior visa given by India. People, who came to India for business purposes are now worried about their family members in Afghanistan amid security concerns. Meanwhile, several such cases came into light in Jaipur on Tuesday.

Speaking to our team, the Afghan businessmen, who came to Rajasthan stated, "About 25-30 days ago, we came to India for business, leaving our country. Now everything is ruined. Our families are in crisis." This pain was visible in the words of those who had come to India for business before the Taliban took over.

Prayer for the well being of the family in Afghanistan: Afghans businessmen

About 7-8 Afghan citizens were sitting in a hotel room in Jaipur. In the midst of despair and sadness, fear was also clearly visible on their faces. All of them were seen praying for the well being of their families while reciting kalma with tasbeeh (garland) in their hands.

Shams, who hails from Kabul in Afghanistan, said, "I have been visiting India for the past 10 years in connection with the jewelry business. Now, we are under a lot of stress because of current situation in our country. Our family is stuck there. I have a wife and five kids, who call every hour and say that we are very scared. Please take us somewhere else from here. There is no chance of getting them out of Kabul safely."
