Delhi Kanjhawala Case Update: Anjali was Drunk at Time of Incident, Big Disclosure in Viscera Report

Kanjhawala Case: On the night of December 31, a young woman died after being dragged by a car for 12 kilometres in Delhi's Kanjhawala area.

The deceased was identified as 20-year-old Anjali. There was a lot of uproar in the capital Delhi after the case of dragging a girl for 12 kilometres in a car came to light.

Many questions were raised about the Delhi Police. Now after after the incident, a big revelation has come to light. On Friday, February 3, in Delhi's Kanjhawala case, the Delhi Police received the 'viscera test report' of 20-year-old Anjali.

An official gave this information on Friday i.e. Feb 03. Delhi Police sources said that the report claimed that Anjali was drunk at the time of the incident.

According to Special Commissioner of Police (Law and Order) Sagar Preet Hooda, the report of the victim Anjali was prepared on January 24 by the Forensic Science Laboratory, Rohini, Delhi.

Sagar Preet Hooda said, the report is now part of the investigation. Further investigation is on in the matter. Anjali was returning home with her friend Nidhi after a party at a hotel in Rohini.

Meanwhile, around 2 o'clock in the night, a car hit her scooty and dragged her for several kilometers, due to which she died.

Her body was found lying on the road in the Kanjhawala area around 4 am. A passerby informed the police.

There was no mention of consumption of alcohol in the post-mortem report

Earlier, there was no mention of Anjali's consumption of alcohol in the post-mortem report.

But her friend Nidhi had said that Anjali had consumed alcohol before the incident and was driving the scooty under the influence of alcohol.

After the post-mortem, her viscera were kept for examination. Now after the confirmation of Anjali's drinking from the viscera report, the direction of the investigation of the case may change again.

Kanjhawala Case: Seven accused were arrested in this case

Let us tell you that 20-year-old Anjali went to a hotel in Rohini with her friend Nidhi to celebrate the New Year party on the night of 31 December.

Both were returning home from Scooty after the New Year party. Meanwhile, around 2 o'clock in the night, a car hit her scooty and dragged her for several kilometres, due to which she died.

In this case, 11 Delhi Police personnel were suspended. Also, seven accused were arrested.
