CSA Announces to Organize Solidarity Cup 3T Cricket Match on July 18

On Wednesday, Cricket South Africa (CSA) has made a big announcement regarding the dates of organizing Solidarity Cup. According to the South African Cricket Board, now the 3T cricket match will be played on Nelson Mandela International Day (18 July). Earlier this tournament was scheduled to be held on June 27. Last week, the South Africa government granted permission to CSA to resume the practice of its players.

Let us tell you that three teams will participate in this tournament, which will be a different fun, as 8-8 players will play in three teams. Former South African captain AB de Villiers will also play in this tournament.

The match will have two halves of 18-18 overs:

Let me tell you that this match will have two halves of 18-18 overs. Each team will get 12 overs, which will be divided into six overs, each team will bowl six overs. The draw will decide who will bat first. On 26 June, the South Africa Cricket Board received permission from the Ministry of Sports to start practice session of its players. However, earlier the Sports Ministry had postponed the tournament, as the board did not seek permission from the government.

The rest of the match information is the same. The match will be played at Supersport Park from 11 am (South Africa time). On the other hand, the captaincy of the Eagles team is handed over to AB de Villiers, while Kagiso Rabada will be seen captaining the Kingfishers. At the same time, South Africa's limited-overs captain Quinton de Kock will lead the Kites.
