Delhi Court Rejects Satyendar Jain's Plea Seeking Food as per Religious Beliefs

Delhi Health Minister and AAP leader Satyendar Jain, who demanded food based on religious beliefs, has suffered a major setback. Rejecting Jain's plea, a Delhi court ordered the jail authority to serve him only jail food.

It may be noted that the AAP leader was arrested on May 30 by Enforcement Directorate (ED) on charges of money laundering and has been in judicial custody for six months.

During this, he is enjoying various facilities in the jail itself. It seems that the Tihar Jail administration is very kind to him.

For the last few days, CCTV footage of the barrack of the Aam Aadmi Party leader is being released in the media, in which he is sometimes seen getting massages and sometimes enjoying VVIP breakfast.

Now in his recent video that has come, Satyendar Jain is seen talking in the cell with the suspended superintendent of Tihar Jail, Ajit Kumar. Ajit Kumar, who was suspended earlier this month, was accused of providing VIP facilities to Satyendar Jain in jail.

AAP will be at loss in Gujarat politics

AAP party cites honesty as its biggest asset in Gujarat polls. Till now the BJP was constantly trying to attack AAP, but no concrete evidence was coming out. Whatever allegations the BJP made; AAP rejected them with the same force.

But now these videos are directly damaging the image of AAP, as it is not easy to deny. However, the first phase of polling in Gujarat is after 4 days. Meanwhile, these videos can prove to be a big blow for AAP.
