BJP MLA Raja Singh is in police custody in the case of indecent remarks on Prophet Muhammad. Amidst all this, Asaduddin Owaisi, the AIMIM party chief has made fierce allegations against the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).

According to him, BJP is deliberately trying to incite riots in the state. He said that BJP can go to any extent for power.

The atmosphere in Hyderabad has been calm. But BJP has started to spoil communal harmony in a planned manner.

Peaceful people have to come forward to thwart such attempts.

BJP MLA Raja Singh Arrested Over Objectionable Remarks on Prophet Muhammad

BJP leader T Raja Singh has been arrested in Hyderabad for making derogatory remarks on Prophet Muhammad.

Raja Singh, BJP MLA from Goshamahal, had used derogatory words about the Prophet in a video.

Later, he called it a joke, but a large number of people took to the streets in protest against him.

Case registered against Raja Singh under several sections

From the intervening night of Monday-Tuesday, people started protesting, which continued till Tuesday morning. During this, the crowd raised slogans of 'Gustakh E Nabi Ki Ek Saja, Sir Tan Se Juda' and demanded the arrest of T Raja.

A case was registered against Raja Singh at Dabeerpura police station under several sections including sections 295 (A), and 153 (A) of the IPC.

The police have started an investigation into this matter also. The police have also detained several protesters.
