Coronary Artery Disease – This type of heart disease occurs in the coronary arteries. These arteries supply blood to the heart muscle. When it stops, the heart stops bleeding, which can cause it to stop functioning properly.
Increased heart size – If the heart size is larger than normal, the risk of cardiac arrest can increase. An abnormally enlarged heart may not beat properly. There is also a greater risk of muscle loss.
Irregular heart valve – In heart valve disease, the valves become compressed or leak. Due to this, the circulation of blood from the heart either overloads the blood cells or does not fill them to their capacity. In such a situation the chamber of the heart becomes very weak or large in size.
Congenital heart disease – In some people, heart damage is caused by birth, it is called congenital heart problems. Children born with severe heart problems may experience cardiac arrest.
Electrical impulse problems – Problems related to the electrical system of your heart increase the risk of sudden cardiac arrest which can also lead to death. These problems are also known as primary heart rhythm abnormalities.
