Big Achievement in the Name of UP, Became the First State in the Country to Arrange One lakh beds in Hospitals

The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has achieved a major achievement in the war against Corona. The state has become the first state in the country to produce one lakh beds in Covid hospitals. L1, L2 level hospitals are fully ready in all 75 districts of the state. Let us tell you that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had instructed to prepare one lakh beds by the end of May.

Not only this, the capacity of corona test in the state has reached 10 thousand per day. Earlier in the first week of March only 50 tests could be done daily. CM Yogi directed that a capacity of 15,000 tests should be achieved by June 15 and 20,000 tests by the end of June. Let us tell you that currently 30 labs are working in Uttar Pradesh, in which 24 are in government and 6 other institutions.

Covid-19 Hospital prepared

25 hospitals of level 3 have also been constructed in the state. There are Level-1 and Level-2 hospitals for the general patients of Corona. Let us tell you that Level 3 hospitals are ready for serious patients of Corona. In addition to normal beds in Level 1 hospitals, oxygen has also been arranged. In Level 2 hospitals, with oxygen on the beds, ventilators have also been arranged in some. The UP government has claimed all kinds of state-of-the-art facilities for serious patients, including ventilators, ICUs and dialysis systems in Level 3 hospitals.

Ventilator manufacturing unit started in Noida

At the time of Corona's first case, 36 districts of UP did not have ventilators. After which on the instructions of CM, adequate ventilators were given in every district. During lockdown, ventilator manufacturing unit was also started in Noida. Instead of buying expensive ventilators, the Yogi government made very cheap and portable ventilators on its own. Their price was one and a half to 2 lakh rupees.
