Badam Halwa Recipe: Try this Sweet-Dish Recipe during Lockdown

Badam Halwa is a very tasty Indian sweet dish. This can easily be made at home. This dish is perfect for any small and big occasion at home.

Ingredients:

Two and a half cups of sugar

1 cup milk

2 cups soaked almonds

Half teaspoon saffron

1 cup ghee

How to make Badam Halwa:

 Step 1:

Soak the almonds in warm water and leave for one hour. Then peel the almonds and grind them. After this, add milk, sugar and saffron and beat it.

 Step 2:

Take a pan and add ghee to it. Heat it on high heat. When the ghee becomes hot, add the almond paste to it. Keep stirring it continuously so that it does not burn.

 Step 3:

When the halwa becomes thick enough, turn off the gas. Serve it hot. You can also garnish it with almonds and saffron.
