Haryana: Concerned over the Increasing Case, State wants Lockdown-5, Sealed Delhi Border

Increase in the number of new corona patients in Haryana since the last few days has worried the state government and has become more cautious about this epidemic. The Haryana-Delhi border has been sealed again.  Along with this, the center is in favor of imposing lockdown 5 after 31 May.  The Haryana government has sealed the Delhi border at Sonepat, Gurugram and Faridabad and ordered strictures.  Since Friday morning, the borders connected with Delhi in Haryana have been going strong.

While Haryana often goes with the decision of the Central Government regarding the imposition of lockdown, but Home Minister Anil Vij is of the opinion that there should be lockdown-five in the state.  The Home Minister is deeply concerned about the rising corona positive case in Haryana due to NCR.  They have attributed this to the movement of infected people from Delhi.  Home Minister Vij has issued orders to again tighten and seal the Delhi border to prevent movement of people.

The number of corona patients is increasing in Haryana.  However, the percentage of people recovering is also around 64.  According to Vij, the maximum number of cases are coming in the districts of Haryana falling in NCR, Sonipat, Gurugram, Faridabad and Jhajjar.  Some cases are also in Palwal, Panipat.  Therefore, he has written to Vijayawardhan, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, ordering the sealing of the Delhi border completely.
