Odd-Even is going to start in Delhi from November 4. Meanwhile, companies operating cabs like Ola and Uber will not implement surge pricing (Increase in fares as Demand increases). The statement issued on Saturday said that these companies will cooperate in reducing pollution in Delhi. Apart from this, there will also be an opportunity to test the car pooling facility from Odd-Even.

Ola's Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Arun Srinivas said, "As part of our continuous effort to provide maximum and uninterrupted facilities to passengers, we have decided that there will be no surging pricing for cabs booked on Ola during the even-odd scheme." We request all drivers-partners, passengers and citizens to participate in this scheme to make the third edition a success."

Last month, Uber also announced that it would not implement surge pricing in the national capital during the odd-even scheme. An Uber spokesperson had said, "We want to ensure that movement is smooth on our side during the even-odd scheme and we have decided to keep the surging pricing inactive during this period." We fully support the Delhi government's move and wish it success."
