Legendary Actor Kader Khan Battling with his Life on Ventilator

Veteran actor Kader Khan, who continues to be a fan favourite, is not keeping well and has been shifted to a BiPAP ventilator after suffering from breathlessness.

In a sad turn of events, veteran actor Kader Khan, who isn't keeping well, has been admitted to a hospital overseas. The actor is reportedly critical and has been put on a BiPAP ventilator. 

The actor, who has been residing with his son Sarfaraz and daughter-in-law Shahista, is suffering from breathlessness. His severe condition reportedly pushed doctors to put him on a Bi PAP ventilator instead of a normal one. 

The veteran actor has stopped talking and is currently showing symptoms of pneumonia. His present condition results from the PSP ailment he's suffering from. 

There is a team of doctors who are working on Kader Khan's health.

The actor is said to be suffering from Progressive Supranuclear Palsy (PSP). It is a degenerative disease involving slow deterioration and loss of specific volumes of the brain. The condition leads to symptoms including loss of balance, slowing of movement, difficulty moving the eyes, and dementia. This health issue is extremely rare, though

Kader Khan, who is currently in Canada, is known for his roles in films like Mujhse Shaadi Karoge, Jeena Sirf Mere Liye, Pyaar Ka Devta, Joru Ka Gulaam, Akhiyon Se Goli Maare, Anari No. 1, Benarsi Babu and Aa Ab Laut Chalein, among others. Last year, he had a knee surgery, which was said to have gone terribly wrong and he was unable to walk properly since.
