Bollywood actor Sonu Sood is in the news these days because of sending migrant labourers to their homes. Sonu Sood reposts people seeking help on Twitter and then helps them, due to which he is being called the messiha of labourers. However, in the meantime there was a controversy on social media as to why expatriates seeking help from Sonu Sood are deleting their tweets. In fact, there are many such tweets, which have been deleted after the reply of Sonu Sood, many questions were being raised.

Now, Sonu himself has put his side on the controversy about the tweet being deleted and has given the reason for it. Sonu Sood has given many reasons for the tweets being deleted. He said, 'I think many people have already reached to their homes and they have got help. Although their numbers are on social media and they might be getting calls from people. So I think some have deleted the tweets because they wanted to delete their numbers from social media.'

At the same time, Sonu while stating the second reason for deleting the tweet, said, 'There are some people who just want to check, and when we call them, they delete it after tweeting and says that we just wanted to get in touch with you. I think there are some people who want to confirm whether people are reaching to their homes or not, they wrote their numbers for the inquiry only.

Recently, Sonu has also tweeted in which he wrote- 'Would request people to send requests only which are genuine. Have observed people tweet and later delete their requests which proves their are many fakes. This hampers our operation and will affect the real needy. So kindly think about the ones who need us'.
