Special Aircraft Left By Defense Minister as Soon as a Code of Conduct is Implemented

On Sunday, the Election Commission declared dates for the Lok Sabha elections and this was followed by a code of conduct across the country. Due to this Code of Conduct, the country's defense minister had to leave his plane according to the rules. According to information, Defense Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, who is coming to New Delhi due to election code of conduct, left the special plane. Later, he reached Chennai from Delhi by catching a commercial flight.

Let the Defense Minister come to attend a program here on Sunday and he had to return to Delhi by special aircraft. But after the announcement of the election dates, Sitharaman not only left the special aircraft but also refused to take government train and escort vehicles.

Later, a party leader reached the airport by car. Defense Minister returned to Delhi with a flight of 8.40 pm. Airport sources said that the Defense Minister had also refused to let the airport officials drop him.
