William Shakespeare, First Man in World to be Vaccinated against Covid, Dies at 81 in Britain

London: A 81-year-old pensioner in the UK who left a mark on the world when he turned into the main man on the planet to have the Coronavirus vaccination has died of an unrelated illness, the British media reported on Tuesday. William Shakespeare hit worldwide features on December 8 a year ago when he turned into the main man to have the hit to battle against the Covid at the University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire .

William Shakespeare received his first Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine at the same hospital shortly after 91-year-old Margaret Keenan, who became the world's first person to get the jab. Coventry councilor Jayne Innes, a companion of Shakespeare, said he had died on Thursday (May 20) and added the "best accolade for Bill is to have the jab". Bill, as he was affectionately known, died after a time of ailment at a similar hospital where he famously received his vaccine, CoventryLive reported.
