As we all know, Rohit Sharma’s career has been changed upwards since he started opening the innings for India.

The credit goes to the former Indian legendary captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, for allowing Rohit Sharma to bat as an opener. Rohit scored 106 runs and recorded his first-ever hundred in the shortest format.

But this ton from Sharma Ji went in vain as South Africa stunned India while chasing a competitive score of 199 runs.

Later, Rohit hit three more tons in T20I and is the only batter to score four T20I Hundreds to his name.

But the England bowlers were good in this game, and Surya's 117-run knock went in vain as the hosts won the match by 17 runs.
