IPL 17: The finalist of the TATA IPL 2023 season will clash again in this season of the Indian Premier League. In the IPL 17th edition, CSK had won the match against GT by 63 runs, when the encounter was played at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. But now it would be interesting to see how the Yellow Army performs in this match which is away from their homeground.
CSK has had a poor record away from home in this season of IPL 17. They have had a mixed bagged edition so far. CSK is on the fourth position in the points table with 12 points. If Gaikwad and his men win this match tomorrow then they can move to 14 points which will tie them with Sunrisers Hyderabad.

The Yellow Army should replace Jinx at that position and make him bat at number 3. Moeen Ali or Daryl Mitchell can be the options for them as the opening partner to skipper Gaikwad.
In the bowling department as well they can add Maheesh Theekshana in the place of Mitchell Santner. Shivam Dube who failed with the bat in the last two matches should be included as the impact sub in the next game. CSK can also go with an uncapped played Nishant Sindhu in the middle order. Nishant is an batting all-rounder, who can be tried at number five batting spot.

IPL 17: Talking about the Gujarat Titans team, Gill and co needs to do well in this match as well because their qualification for the playoff berth in the IPL 17 season is at stake. Gujarat had clinched the maiden title in the IPL 2022 season, which was their debut edition and they also reached the finals of the last edition of this cash-rich league tournament.

So far, in 11 matches and 11 innings, Sai Sudharsan has amassed 424 runs and he is ninth on that list. However the other middle order batters haven’t fired for them. David Miller and Rahul Tewatia, the finishers of GT have failed to deliver. That is why, GT is on the 10 position in the points table of the IPL 17 edition.
Rashid Khan the premier bowler of GT too hasn’t picked up wickets like he did in the 2022 and 2023 seasons. The fast bowling is also a problem for them. Umesh, Tyagi and the Indian fast bowling core needs to step up. Joshua Little did well in the last match. But that wasn’t enough for Gujarat to win the match against RCB.
