200 gms oats
150 g soya flour
2 chilies
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
How to make Oats and Soya Pancake:
Step 1:
Soak oats in water for 30 to 45 minutes.
Step 2:
Grind and mix other ingredients and salt with soaked oats.
Step 3:
Add water and make a thick batter according to your needs.
Step 4:
The batter should be so thick that it spreads easily.
Step 5:
Pour 2 to 3 drops of oil on a nonstick pan.
Step 6:
Add batter and prepare 1/4 inch thick pancake.
Step 7:
Roast until medium brown on both sides.
Step 8:
Serve with honey or fruit jam.
