1 fist black olive

50 gm mushroom

How to Make Homemade Pizza Recipe:

Step 1:

First of all, mix hot water and sugar in a big bowl to make a pizza base. When the sugar dissolves completely in the water and disappears, add dry yeast to it and keep it aside for 5 minutes. Now add olive oil, bread flour and a little salt. Mix all these ingredients well and knead it. Keep in mind that the pizza base should be soft.

Step 2:

Cover this dough mixture with a damp cloth and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. After this, keep this dough mixture on a flat surface and sprinkle some flour over it. Then knead it for 1-2 minutes. Make it flat with a rolling pin. Pour an equal amount of pizza sauce over the entire mixture. Now carefully place this pizza base on the baking seat.

 Step 3:

Now heat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, finely chop all the vegetables on the chopping board. Make a pizza topping with chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms and olive. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the vegetables. Now put the pizza in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until the cheese melts. Serve hot by cutting the pizza into slices with black pepper.
