Chili Garlic Noodles is a famous Chinese recipe. This Indo-Chinese dish can become the hallmark of any spicy food-loving party. 1 cup fresh noodles
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 tbsp crushed garlic paste
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tablespoons refined oil
1/2 tbsp crushed ginger paste
1/2 tbsp chili garlic paste
3 pinch salt
1 handful chopped coriander leaves
1 handful of chopped green onions
How to make chili garlic noodles recipe:
Put chopped onions in a bowl and grate carrots in it and keep aside.
Now heat 3 cups of water in a pan on medium heat. Once the water starts boiling, add the noodles in it, cook till they become soft and when the noodles are cooked well, take them out in a bowl and keep them aside.
After this, heat the oil in a pan on medium heat, but make sure that the oil does not get too hot. Now add chopped onion, grated carrot, ginger-garlic paste, salt and chili garlic paste and mix well.
Now add cooked noodles to the pan and mix well with all the ingredients. Then after 5 minutes reduce the heat and cover the pan and cook the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes. -If you like spicy food, then you can add more green chilies to increase the flavor, in addition, you can also add Schzewan Chilli Sauce to enhance the taste.
Finally, when the noodles are ready, decorate them with green onions and coriander leaves and enjoy hot food.
