Rajasthan: Road Accident in Jodhpur, 11 Died, 3 Injured

On Saturday, a painful road accident has happened in Rajasthan. 11 people were killed in a collision with a trailer truck and jeep on the Balotra-Faludi highway in Jodhpur district. At the same time, three people are injured in this accident. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital. The dead include four men, six women, and one child. Reacting to the accident, Rajasthan's Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on twitter send his condolences.

There was chaos on the spot after the accident. Shergarh police reached the spot and took out the dead and injured trapped in both vehicles with the help of a crane. The injured have been referred to the local hospital. Rescue operation continues on the spot. A newly married couple is also said to be among the victims of the accident.

Earlier on March 8, seven people died and 32 people were injured in other two road accidents in Rajasthan. Four people, including two women, were died and 14 injured when a truck and a bus collided near Binwas village on the Jodhpur-Jaipur highway. Jodhpur police gave this information.
