Nirbhaya's mother has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the review petition of one of the convicts. Akshay Thakur, one of the four accused hanged, has filed a review petition in the Supreme Court. Nirbhaya's mother has also moved the Supreme Court against this. The apex court has decided to hear Akshay Thakur's plea on 17 December.

Nirbhaya's mother says that the convict has entered the review petition to delay the hanging. She said that the culprits should be hanged at the earliest and should not be delayed. Earlier, a Delhi court also held a hearing on Friday to issue a death warrant against the four convicts, but the court refused to issue the warrant. The court said that the review petition of a convict is in the Supreme Court. Death warrants cannot be ordered before that.

Tihar administration in preparation to hang all four at once
Meanwhile, the Tihar Jail administration is preparing to hang the culprits of the Nirbhaya incident that threatens the country. According to jail sources, a new technique is being tested to hang the four together. This work is being done through some changes in the gallows. Apart from this, it is also being seen whether it can lift the weight of four people at once. Sources said that it is necessary that the four convicts be hanged simultaneously. The reason for this is that if a person has problems due to restlessness or becomes ill, then hanging will have to be postponed.
