The rain that has been falling for several days has added to the chill. Fog has also made it difficult to see the Sun properly. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has predicted that people will not be able to escape the cold for the time being.

The Meteorological Department predicts dense fog in parts of Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi, West UP, and Rajasthan over the next two days. At the same time, a cold wave warning has been issued for the 25th through 27th of January. According to the Meteorological Department, dense fog will be present in Madhya Pradesh until January 27. Aside from that, the state will be hit by a cold wave until January 26.
