Australian Open: Prajnesh Knocked Out of Qualifier after Loss in Finals

Indian tennis player Prajnesh Gunneswaran failed to make it to the main round of the Australian Open. On Friday, he was defeated by Ernest Gulbis of Latvia in the qualifiers final round. World No. 122 Prajnesh was defeated by 17th seed Gulbis 7-6 (2), 6-2 in the qualifiers. Prajnesh earlier defeated Australia's wild card player Harry Bourchier and Germany's Yannick Hanfmann.
