4 Ships Stranded in the Arabian Sea: 495 People Still Trapped, 215 Rescued

4 ships of India have been stranded in the sea of ​​Mumbai after the storm Tau Te. 710 people are stranded on these ships and out of these, 215 people have been rescued so far. Rescue mission continues on Barge P-305 at Heera Fields, 175 km from Mumbai. It had the maximum ridership of 273 people, out of which 177 have been rescued.

INS Kolkata and INS Kochi are engaged in the barge P-305 rescue. All people are expected to be evacuated in the next few hours. Apart from these, there were 137 riders on the barge cheek constructor. Of these, 38 were resuscitated. Help is reached to two ships.

Navy spokesman Mehul Karnik said that the rescue work on the barge P-305 is going on fast and all the people will be evacuated soon. 137 people are stranded on the barge cheek constructor. It is stranded 48 nautical miles north of Coba Point. Emergency boat Water Lily has been sent for rescue here. Apart from this, CGS, Samrat is also reaching here for help. 38 people have been rescued from this till now.

Barge SS-3 and Oil Rig Sagar Bhushan

101 people are stranded on Sagar Bhushan and 196 people are stranded on the barge SS-3. Both these ships are stranded 50 nautical miles southeast of Pivava Port. Help is being provided to them. INS Talwar has been dispatched for a rescue mission here. The rescue mission is being monitored through the Navy's surveillance aircraft P8I and helicopters.

4 members stranded on the boat a day before rescued

Mandar Madhwal said that 4 crew members stranded in the Indian tugbo Coromandel Supporter IX, which had been inundated due to the cyclone in the Arabian Sea on Monday, were rescued by a naval helicopter. He said that the machinery parts of this ship stuck in the sea were flooded, due to which it was not able to move forward. Its power supply was also stopped.

He informed that in view of the cyclone, 11 divers teams of the Indian Navy have been kept ready. Twelve flood relief teams and medical teams have also been deployed. These will be dispatched in case of need in hurricane-affected states.
