The Odd-Even scheme is to be implemented from November 4 to 15 and in this scheme the app based company Uber has proposed to run bike-taxi for last mile connectivity to the Delhi government. According to sources, on Wednesday, representatives of the company, in a proposal to the government, said to run 5000 bike-taxis during Odd-Even so that people do not have trouble reaching the metro, bus stop from their homes.

Decision has not yet been made on the proposal of Uber company

Sources in the Delhi government say that no decision has been taken on the company's proposal as there is no policy for bike-taxi at present. Sources say that Uber representatives have proposed to charge a fare of Rs 5 for a bike-taxi. It has also been said by the company that discounts can also be given to the passengers coming from the metro.

There will also be no surging pricing at the time of odd-even. An Uber spokesperson said that the Delhi government's Odd-Even scheme is an important step towards curbing the growing pollution in Delhi.
