According to CarandBike report, the new 7-seater Wagon R will be exclusively sold through the company's premium NEXA dealership. According to the information received, however, Maruti Suzuki still has to make a final decision for the 7-Seater Wagon R.

The company wants to launch the new Maruti Wagon R 7-Sector MPV as a premium car with many features and equipments. For this reason, the company has selected Nexa instead of Arena Showroom.

At the moment, the decision to launch the 7-Seat version of Wagon R is yet to be done. According to reports, the sales of the new Maruti Wagon R has decreased compared to the previous models because the company had kept this hatchback slightly above the new (HEARTECT) platform.

Like the previous Wagon R model, Maruti has not got a lead in the sale from the new Wagon R. In this case, Maruti Suzuki may believe that the launch of the new 7-seater MPV variants can lead to an increase in the new Wagon R sale.

It is expected that Maruti Suzuki can launch the new sub-four-meter MPV with the new name. There were rumors some time ago that the company will launch the new Wagon R-based MPV named 'Solio'.

The new Wagon R 7-seater MPV can be given only a 1.2-liter petrol engine. This 1.2-liter four-cylinder petrol unit generates 82bhp power and 113Nm pickup torque. It offers a 5-speed manual or optional AGS transmission.
