Used two-wheeler consumer brand CredR recently launched their home delivery and test drive facility for consumers. The company has seen a huge demand for used two-wheelers in Gurugram. CredR found that consumers are preferring scooters, mopeds and bikes of up to 150 cc, as they are easy to operate and their mileage is also affordable.
Talking about the largest two-wheeler market in 2017, India was ranked number one behind China. In the year 2019, 2.1 crore two-wheelers were manufactured and sold in India. Apart from this, another interesting aspect is that scooters, mopeds and motorcycles occupy 81 percent of the entire automobile market in India. In India, Delhi-NCR leads the year with the highest number of new or used two-year registrations. According to the Delhi Economic Survey 2019, 70 lakh two-wheelers run on roads in Delhi-NCR every day.
People are buying two-wheelers in the range of 25,000 to 30,000 rupees. Customers in Haryana are buying vehicles in bulk from showrooms.
