Delhi Weather: The minimum temperature in the country's capital Delhi has been recorded at 1.5 degrees Celsius last night, due to which the Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued an orange alert of dense fog.

According to the new notification by IMD, the visibility in many areas of Delhi may range from 50 to 200 meters, due to which people may have to face a lot of trouble.

Delhi Weather: More than 34 flights got delayed

Around 34 domestic departure flights from Delhi airport have been delayed due to bad weather and other related issues.

While more than 12 flights arriving from different destinations are delayed at the airport.

At the same time, Indian Railways has also cancelled over 320 trains today i.e. Jan 07 due to dense fog and cold.

Out of this, 280 trains have been cancelled completely and 40 trains partially. Railways has informed that the route of 22 trains has been diverted, while 31 trains have been rescheduled.

Most of the trains in this are trains going to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, New Delhi.

Delhi Weather: Possibility of rain is also being expressed in hilly areas

Due to the effect of the Western Disturbance in Delhi NCR, the effect of cold and cold wave will be less in the night from tomorrow.

Due to which the minimum temperature will increase from 2 degrees to 4 degrees in the next 5 days.

However, the possibility of rain is also being expressed in the hilly areas. For the coming 4 to 5 days, the effect of fog will be seen especially in the morning and night.

While Delhi is in the grip of winter, Rajasthan, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir are also facing third-degree torture of bone-chilling cold.

In Mount Abu of Rajasthan, the temperature has dropped to minus 6 degrees.
