IND vs NZ: India A Defeated New Zealand A in the First Unofficial ODI

On Wednesday, the Indian A cricket team defeated New Zealand A by five wickets in the first unofficial one-day match. After being selected in Team India for the One-Day Series against New Zealand, young batsman Prithvi Shaw played a great knock in this match. He scored 48 off 35 balls and played a key role in giving the team a big win.

Batting first, the New Zealand A team scored 230 runs. Mohammad Siraj took the most three wickets for India. India A started well to chase the target. Prithvi Shaw and Mayank Agarwal shared a 79-run partnership for the first wicket.

Sanju Samson, who joined the team for the tour of New Zealand in place of Shikhar Dhawan, scored 39 runs with the help of three fours and two sixes in 21 balls while handling the innings with Shubman Gill. Gill scored 30 runs. Apart from these, Suryakumar Yadav scored 35, Vijay Shankar scored 20 (not out) and Krunal Pandya scored 15 (not out) to give the team victory.
