ICC Releases T20 Women’s Batting Rankings

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the latest Women's T20 rankings. The Indian women's cricket team's explosive opener Shefali Verma has lost two places in the ranking after a flop performance in the final match. Australia's Beth Mooney has reached number one in the ICC's newly released T20 women's batting rankings. While Smriti Mandhana has slipped to number seven. The batting rankings have been released a day after the ICC Women's T20 World Cup final.

Australian team continues to dominate the women's T20 batting rankings released by the ICC on Monday. Out of the top five 10 batsmen, 5 are from Australia's team. At number one is Beth Mooney, who scored an unbeaten 78 in the World Cup final against India. At the same time, Alyssa Healy, who played a blistering 75-ball 39 against the Indian team, has climbed two places to number five.

Suzie Bates of Australia remains in second place. So, Shefali of India, which reached number one, has slipped two places to the third position. Mooney has 762 points, Suzie has 750 while Shefali has 744 points. Talking about the Indian batsmen, opener Smriti Mandhana, who performed poorly in the tournament, has lost one place to number seven. Jemima Rodriguez remains at number 9.
