Six Indian players, including captain Virat Kohli, were expected to join Asia XI but due to the postponement of the series, these players will no longer go to Bangladesh. According to the information, Indian opener KL Rahul would have been available to play a one-match while Rishabh Pant, Shikhar Dhawan, Kuldeep Yadav and Mohammed Shami were reported to play in both the matches.
The matches have been postponed, said Bangladesh Cricket Senior Media Manager Rabid Iman. This is a step taken by the Bangladesh Cricket Board following a government directive.
