Droupadi Murmu's First Visit to Rajasthan after Becoming President

President Droupadi Murmu is on a two-day tour of Rajasthan from today i.e. Jan 03. This is Murmu's first visit to Rajasthan after becoming the President.

Murmu has been visiting Mount Abu before becoming the President. She has been associated with the Brahma Kumaris organization for a long time.

President's state visit begins with the inauguration of the newly constructed Constitution Park at Raj Bhavan in Jaipur.

After interacting with the Kathodi and Sahariya tribal groups at the President's Raj Bhavan, she also inquired about the schemes being run for tribal welfare in the state.

First state to have a constitution garden

A luncheon has been hosted by Governor Mishra at the Raj Bhavan in honour of the President. In this, BJP leaders also participated along with the key officials of the government.

According to the information, on the initiative of Governor Kalraj Mishra, Rajasthan has become the first state in the country, where a Constitution Garden has been established in the Raj Bhavan to create constitutional awareness among the common people.

President will reach Abu Road in the evening

After the program at Raj Bhavan, the President will reach Sirohi's Abu Road in the evening, where she will inaugurate the conference organized on the theme of the rise of Golden India through the spiritual empowerment of Brahma Kumaris Divine University.

The President will spend the night there, while the next day, on Wednesday, she is scheduled to inaugurate the National Scout Jamboree in the Pali district.
