Corona Report of CM Trivendra Singh Rawat Came Out Negative

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat's corona test report has confirmed him being infection free. Government sources said on Friday that the test report of Chief Minister Rawat has confirmed that he is free from corona. Chief Minister Rawat got his corona virus tested after state tourism minister Satpal Maharaj was found infected with the corona virus when he attended state cabinet meeting.

Earlier, 22 persons including Maharaj, his former cabinet minister wife Amrita, several family members and staff had received positive test report on Sunday 31 May while he (Maharaj) had attended the cabinet meeting two days earlier. However, State Health Secretary Amit Negi had clarified that as per the guidelines of the Government of India, the ministers involved in the cabinet meeting are under low risk contact for not being in close contact with Maharaj.

Amit Negi told that due to low risk contacts, he (Minister) can do his work normally and does not need to be separated, whereas Chief Minister Rawat and all other ministers went into separate residences as a precautionary measure.
