Follow 5 Steps to Schedule Email from Gmail on Desktop

  1. First of all, go to Gmail and compose a new email. Also, enter the email address of the subject and sender.
  2. Now click on the arrow given near the send button. Here the Schedule Send option will appear, click on it.
  3. Some random days and times will appear on the screen of Schedule Send. Choose one of these, or click on Pick Date & Time.
  4. On the Pick Date and Time window, select the desired date and time. You can also choose a date 10 years ahead.
  5. Now send the schedule. The email will be sent at your chosen time. You can also edit or delete it by going to the schedule tap.
