BJP leader Tajinder Singh Bagga has got relief from Punjab-Haryana High Court. The Punjab and Haryana High Court has said that till the next hearing against Tajinder Singh Bagga, he will not be arrested.

The next hearing in the High Court in this matter will be held on May 10. Significantly, after the arrest warrant was issued by the Mohali court, Tajinder Singh Bagga had moved the Punjab-Haryana High Court.

What Aam Aadmi Party said

Here, on the news of the stay on Bagga's arrest, the Aam Aadmi Party says that the Punjab and Haryana High Court has not given any relief to BJP leader Tajinder Singh Bagga.

The Aam Aadmi Party says that the court has not stayed the arrest warrant. The Punjab Police has told the court that they will not arrest Bagga till 11 am on May 10.

Minorities Commission seeks reply from CS of Punjab

The case of arresting BJP leader Tajinder Singh Bagga from Delhi is gaining momentum. In this case, National Commission for Minorities Gurugram Chairman Iqbal Singh Lalpura said that the Punjab Police did not even allow the turban to be tied while making the arrest and also beat up his father, we wrote a letter to the Chief Secretary of Punjab regarding this report within 7 days.

What is the matter?

It is worth mentioning that the Punjab Police on Friday morning arrested the BJP leader from Delhi's Janakpuri residence in connection with the inflammatory speech, spreading enmity and criminal intimidation lodged against Bagga in a police station in Mohali in April.

The police was taking him to Punjab by road, but on the way he was stopped by the Haryana Police in Kurukshetra and a few hours later, the Delhi Police brought Bagga back.
