Try Delicious Recipe of Besan Laddus at Home

Everyone likes Besan Laddus. In India, many types of laddus are made during festivals, which are made of nuts, flour, boondi etc. But in all these laddus, besan laddu is most preferred. From the market, you must have eaten plenty of besan laddus. But at present, there is a lockdown in the country due to Coronavirus, due to which all shops are closed. In such a situation, if you feel like eating besan laddus, then you can easily make it at home.

Ingredients:

2 cups gram flour

A cup of sugar bad

Half cup ghee

4-5 pieces small cardamom

How to make Besan Laddus:

1. First of all, heat a pan with a little ghee. After getting hot, reduce the flame of the gas and add gram flour and fry for 10-15 minutes. Stir the gram flour continuously with the help of a spoon so that it does not burn. When the fragrant aroma starts coming from the gram flour, add ghee to it and keep frying continuously till then. Until ghee starts coming out of the gram flour. Now add sugar in it and mix it well. Add cardamom powder to it after a while. If you want, you can also add dry fruits like almond, cashew pistachios. Turn off the gas when it becomes thick.

2. After it cools down, apply a little ghee in your hands and shape it according to your taste. You are ready to make Tasty Laddu. Fill them in an airtight container.

3. If you are not getting sugar powder then you can make sugar powder by grinding it in a grinder.
