500g Chicken

½ cup Thai Green Curry Paste

1 fist green beans

1 handful cilantro

1 pinch of salt

200 ml coconut oil

1 tsp virgin olive oil

200 grams of Broccoli

1 medium sliced ​​green chilli

1 pinch black pepper

Step 1:

To make it at home, first heat olive oil in a heavy bottom pan and add green curry paste and fry it for a minute.

Step 2:

Now to tender the chicken, boil it and wash it with cold water. Then add the washed chicken pieces to the green curry paste. Cook on low heat for 5-8 minutes.

Step 3:

Now after this add coconut oil and stir it. Add vegetables, green chillies and cover. Add ½ cup more water if needed. You can also add chicken stock to make it more nutritious.

Step 4:

Cook for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables and chicken are cooked. If you like spices then you can add green chili paste to this gravy. By the way, this gravy is usually mild spicy and creamy.

Step 5:

If you want, you can also add some fresh cream to it, so that this dish will look smooth and creamy. Add a little lemongrass to the gravy, this will make it aromatic. Finally, serve hot with freshly cooked rice garnished with coriander. Thai green curry looks quite tasty with rice.
