Image credit: Archana's Kitchen- To make egg fry, first take boiled eggs and peel them. Now with the help of a knife, divide the egg into two parts. Cut all the eggs in this way. Finely grind the onion, tomato and green chillies in the mix.
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it. Add onion, tomato and green chilli paste to the hot oil and fry it well. Add turmeric, red chilli and garam masala and mix.
- After this, fry all the mixture well. When the masala is roasted, add chopped egg pieces to it, add salt and mix it well.
- Leave the mixture to cook for 2 minutes. Stir in between so that your spices and mixture do not get burnt.
- Turn off the gas after some time. Your delicious and wonderful egg fry is ready, take it out in a plate and put coriander leaves and serve.
