People found the corona positive during a wedding ceremony held on 27 June in Ajmer, Rajasthan. 37 patients found so far, 13 are residents of Pushkar, one Ajmer, five Borunda and 18 Beawar. The medical department estimates that this figure may increase further. Those who came into contact with the people involved in the marriage are being marked.
The women singing the song at the wedding, the groom and the relatives of the maternal uncle who came to fill the mine, have met positively. In Pushkar, 14 people from a family of 5 brothers have been found infected, all of whom went to the wedding.
When the medical department investigated, it was found that the groom's ancestral home was Beawar. The family is staying there due to business in Borunda.
The groom came to Beawar and got married. Many people from Borunda also came to Beawar to attend the wedding. After marriage, it was found that the investigation report of five people in Borunda has been corona positive. The department is now also seeking reports from there.
Investigations revealed that the wedding was organized on a farm located in the cantonment gate, while the boys had a program in their house at Surajpole Gate. Masks and social distancing were not taken care of in the program. More than two hundred guests, instead of 50, spread the corona infection.
In Rajasthan, there were 173 new cases of coronavirus and 6 deaths. According to the state health department, the total number of corona positive cases in the state now stands at 21,577 including 478 deaths, 16,583 cured cases and 16,208 discharged cases.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said the state was ahead of other states in the country in controlling corona infection. To prevent corona infection, Rajasthan is constantly recovering patients here due to Rajasthan being ahead on all parameters. He said that in the initial phase of the Corona epidemic, the state had no testing arrangements, but now the capacity to conduct 41 thousand 450 tests per day has been developed which will be 50 thousand in the coming days.
