Ingredients for Crispy Sweet Corn

2 cups sweet corn

Cup rice flour

Cup cornflour

1 tsp flour

Tsp black pepper powder

Kashmiri red chili powder

Tsp roasted cumin powder

Amchur powder

2 tsp finely chopped onion

Spoon finely chopped capsicum

2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Method to make Crispy Sweet Corn-

To make sweet corn, first, boil the sweet corn by adding a little salt to the water. After this, take out the boiled sweet corn water and mix rice flour, cornflour, maida, black pepper powder, and salt in it well. After this, cook the corn in hot oil on medium flame till it turns golden brown. After this again use kitchen paper and keep the corn on it for 1 minute. After this, mix Kashmiri red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, amchur powder in a large bowl and also add onion capsicum, green coriander to it. After that mix everything well. Lo Ji this is how your crispy sweet corn is ready. Which you can eat with tea in the evening snack.
