You must have seen the advertisement of Fair and Lovely Cream on TV for years, in which it was said  that fair complexion is everything. Now you will not see the word Fair on this beauty product, because its company has taken a big decision. Let us tell you that after the death of black citizen George Floyd in America for some weeks, there was resentment among the people. There was criticism worldwide for discriminating against color.

Now, the reactions of Bollywood celebs are also coming up on this company's big decision to remove words like fair or blonde from beauty products. Shah Rukh Khan's daughter Suhana Khan has a verified account on Instagram, she expressed her happiness over the company's decision.

Bollywood actor Abhay Deol has also reacted to this. He wrote- 'It took a world backlash and the #blacklivesmatter movement to give us a push in this direction. But make no mistake, all of you who have been vocal about the need for a cultural shift in regard to the sale and endorsement of fairness creams in our country contributed to this victory. We have a long way to go in breaking our conditioning of what constitutes for beauty, but this is a small step in the right direction. It's the starting point to a long road ahead. What is beautiful beginning!'
