Salman Khan is Sending Money to Daily Workers of the Film Industry Affected by the Lockdown, will also help next Month

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan had promised a few days ago that he would bear the expenses of 25,000 daily wage laborers associated with the film industry. Now on Tuesday, the Federation of Western India Cine Employees has got a list of account details of 19 thousand workers. Some workers said that their economic condition is so good that they can face this crisis situation. He has appealed to help those whose condition is very pathetic at the moment. In an exclusive conversation, Salman Khan's manager Jody Patel said that Salman will help the needy for the next month too.

FWICE General Secretary Ashok Dubey praised the initiative, confirming, 'Salman Khan had sought details of 25,000 personnel. We have received details of 19 thousand member employees. Yash Raj Films has given assistance of Rs 5000 to other 3 thousand workers. So we have sent the list of 19 thousand employees to Salman Khan. They have started transferring money. Soon everyone will get the money'.

Ashok Dubey further said, FWICE today accepted Rs 1.5 crore from the Producer Guild. The association will get further help. After Salman Khan transfers the money, FWICE will calculate other member workers and distribute the money to them. If the lockdown increases, then it will also be decided that how to help the workers.

When contacted Salman Khan's manager and spokesperson Mr. Jody Patel and asked him about the planning of the initiative, he said, "The Federation sent a list of about 18,550 daily wage labourers. It seems that the crisis situation is not going to end soon, so Salman will help the needy again next month and likewise transfer money for the daily need workers.
