Holi is celebrated with great pomp every year in Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi's 'Janaki Kutir' in Juhu, Mumbai. Many Bollywood stars attend this Holi Milan ceremony. But in view of the increasing risk of Coronavirus worldwide, including India, the Holi program celebrated at the house of Javed Akhtar and Shabana Azmi have been canceled for this year.

Due to the rising outbreak of Coronavirus, there are reports of cancellation of all major events related to Holi in Mumbai.

A source told that Shabana Azmi will not be in Mumbai on the occasion of Holi anyway. Shabana Azmi is currently busy shooting an English film by eminent filmmaker Steven Spielberg in the Hungarian capital Budapest.

It is noteworthy that on 18 January, on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, Shabana Azmi was badly injured by a car accident, due to which she could not take part in shooting for Shabana Steven Spielberg's film for a few days. In such a situation, Shabana Azmi, who left for Budapest on February 29, will return to Mumbai only after a month's shooting schedule.
