BlackPink Officially Becomes the Most Followed K-pop Act

Blackpink pushes bands such as BTS, TWICE, Red Velvet to bag the position of the most influential Korean celebrities on Social Media.

It has been officially announced that BlackPink beat all its strong contestants have claimed the top spot, with 17.9 million followers on Instagram, which definitely makes it the most followed  K-pop act in the world.

After seeing their followers on the personal accounts, the viewers realize that this is a well-deserved title by the girl band. The four members, Liza, Jessie, Rose, and Jisoo have 18.6 million, 16.1 million, 14.2 million and 13.6 million followers respectively.

Other K-pop acts and solo singers also made to list which includes, TWICE, Taeyeon, G-Dragon, Wanna One, etc.

Forbes didn't only take in regard the followers on Instagram but also included the followers on VLive, YouTube, and Twitter to come up with the ranking list of the celebrities.
