‘Aryan Khan Case Diverted Attention from Ashish Mishra’, Kapil Sibal Tweeted

Kapil Sibal's reaction has come on the drugs case of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood King Shahrukh Khan. The Congress leader wrote on his Twitter wall that attention was diverted from Ashish Mishra. Let us tell you that Ashish Mishra is the main accused in the Lakhimpur Kheri violence case. Here Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, was arrested in the drugs case, and five others were shifted to the general barracks of the local Arthur Road jail after the end of the quarantine period.

About Aryan Khan's case

Aryan (23), arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on October 3 from a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast, will have to remain in jail for at least six more days as a special court granted bail to him and two other accused earlier in the day. The order on the petitions has been adjourned to 20 October.

Sent to Arthur Road Jail in Mumbai

After the NCB's initial custody ended, the magistrate refused his bail and sent him to the Arthur Road jail in central Mumbai in judicial custody. A jail official said that he was kept in the quarantine barracks for seven days, the period of which ended on Wednesday. After that all of them were RT-PCR tested for coronavirus on Wednesday morning and after the result turned negative, they were separated from each other and shifted to different common barracks.

Let us tell you that on the basis of a tip-off that a rave party was being organized on the cruise, a team of NCB raided the Cordelia cruise on the Goa bound on the evening of October 2 and allegedly seized drugs. During this raid, many people including Shahrukh Khan's son Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested.
