FIRST LIST OF 152 CANDIDATES RELEASED BY CONGRESS.

After a long wait, the Congress released a list of 152 candidates for the Rajasthan assembly elections on Thursday night. The list of the remaining 48 seats may come on Friday or Saturday. Congress has launched 46 new faces. Congress state president Sachin Pilot has been able to cut the losses of two defeats and bring new faces. Pilot Tonk and former Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will contest from Sardarpura. From CP Joshi Nathdwara, Rameshwar Dudi Nokha and Girija Vyas will land in Udaipur constituency. There are elections in Rajasthan on December 7 and results will be on December 11.

In the first list of Congress, 9 Muslims have been given tickets, while BJP has not given tickets to any Muslim in the first list. The BJP has so far released a list of 162 candidates. In 2013, for the 152 people who had been given tickets during the tenure of Ashok Gehlot government, 79 of them were given new faces by cutting their tickets.

-29 SC, 24 ST candidates cast in the field

The party gave tickets to 23 Jats, 13 Rajputs, 29 SC, and 24 ST candidates.

In the Congress, there is a dynasty. Virendra, son of MLA Narayan Singh, son of former MLA Maqbool, Divya, daughter of former minister Mahipal Maderna, grandson Mahendra of former minister Ram Singh, were given 15 tickets. Congress president Rahul Gandhi had said that the parachute candidates would cut the line. But there are also 6 parachute candidates in this list. One day before leaving the BJP, the legislator Hubibur Rahman, who joined the Congress, has fielded Nagaur, MP Harish Meena, Devli-Nuniyara, Kanhaiya Lal Jhanar from Bikaner east. Apart from these, a ticket from Jamindara Party to Sonadevi Bawari, Raisingh Nagar, Nalagalya Rajkumar Nawalgarh, and former IPS Sawai Singh Godara from khimsar.
