68 Policemen in UP Shaved their Heads, Resolved to Beat Covid-19

A different view was seen in Agra district of Uttar Pradesh. More than 60 police personnel here have shaved their heads to give a message of solidarity in the fight against corona viruses. In a viral video, a police team led by the SHO is seen on the streets of Mughal Emperor Akbar's capital, Fatehpur Sikri, with their heads shining without hair.

SHO Bhupendra Balyan told media persons that 68 policemen of the police station collectively twisted their hair. He did this to express his resolve to fight the corona virus to the end. Locals have expressed confidence and are now cooperating with government officials amid lockdown restrictions.

In Uttar Pradesh 27 more people (21 of Tablighi Jamaat) tested positive till 8 am today. Out of the total cases, 159 are linked to Tablighi Jamaat, maximum 61 cases have been reported in Gautam Budh Nagar.
